The Bethany Speech Team provides a valuable supplement to Bethany's variety of class offerings in Communication. Team members compete in one or more of the eleven standard college forensics events, as well as Parliamentary Debate. Nearly twenty tournaments are scheduled during the season, which begins in September and ends in April, providing competition with some fifty colleges and universities throughout the United States.
